Love Loveee flowers. Early Nov I received large beautiful purple mixed flowers in a cute purple vase, later got pink roses in a big pink vase, now got a very pretty white arrangement in a short vase. Delivery person was nice. Flowers are just beautiful! I used them myself when I worked at the Quadrangle previously so I know their quality/ service is great and prices are reasonable.

Absolutely embarrassing. Below is the bouquet I ordered (lavender melody) and paid $80 for. The photo next to it is what got delivered, 4 dying red carnations. The complete opposite of what I paid for, not even close. $5 Carnations and Baby's Breath is not equivalent to the Lavender Bouquet with White Roses. Why research and find the perfect bouquet to send if they are going to send whatever they want. Not to mention the cheapest of all cheapest flowers to send. Carnations!? If they are unable to fulfill the order, no problem. Just give me a call or a heads up. Don't send whatever is available.nI've encountered issues with 1800-Flowers in the past. However given this time of businesses struggling financially, I decided to give them another chance. I'm sorry I did because this was a complete embarrassment to me and them.

Needed to send Flowers last minute to a client and the staff here helped me out greatly. I actually gave them the wrong address and they ended up calling me to confirm the address before just leaving the flowers on the door step. Ended up getting the flowers where they needed to go and my client was very impressed. Thank you

The WORST PLACE EVER. I placed an order for Mother’s Day on 1800 flowers and the bouquet was called “ Moms Special Large” it was $64.99 what i received was absolutely DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING that my mother got these flowers. The flowers were falling apart, there were only 2 roses used and the rest were cheap flowers and greens just to fill the vase. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE OR CLOSE TO THE PICTURE. The water in the vase looks dirty and old. The flowers look old and not fresh. So disgusting how can they call themself a flowers shop. They overcharge but give terrible flowers. I understand nothing will be the same as the picture but they are not even close to the picture or even similar.

Terrible, Awful, Embarrassing Arrangement . I ordered a sympathy arrangement from 1800flowers New Hyde Park. The recipient sent me a picture of what she received and I was so embarrased. A few stems in a vase with no greens or fillers. I called and was told to call 1800flowers customer service. After days emailing and calling they said they are not affiliated with this location. I called back the New Hyde Park location and she said she wouldn't do anything for me, I said let me send you a picture of what you delivered, and she said no we don't take pictures. She then hung up on me! I wouldn't purchase anything from them again if they were the last florist on earth. Buyers beware, they do not stand by what they deliver and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I still do not understand how 1800flowers customer service says they are not affiliated with the New Hyde Park location. Then why do they come up as a retail location on their web site.
