Very solid flower shop. Decent selection. Last a long time - usually ~1 week. Easy online ordering, as well. I often order online, and then call 10 minutes later to confirm (just in case). They're generally flexible w/ delivery times, etc - so makes for streamlined customization.

I don't believe you can screw up an order twice, last Saturday 1/13/18 I called to order the YELLOW SMILEY FACE MUG with the yellow and white daisies and yellow roses to be delivered on 1/17/18, and the rep I spoke with told me if the weather was going to be bad on Wednesday 1/17/18 the order for my grand daughter's birthday would be delivered on Tuesday 1/16/18 and I requested it be delivered at 3:30PM so when she got home from school she could be at the door to receive it, and I was fine with this.nnSo come 1/16/18 no order and the bad weather was to be at Virginia Beach on Wednesday 1/17/18, and Wednesday comes and its her birthday and no order or phone call as to why.nnI call Wednesday, Thursday no one answers the phone I do an email and no one emails me back, I'm assuming you can receive and email on your phone most business can, no answer to my email. Friday comes around I call as soon as you open no one answers the phone, I call back, no answer, I call again no one answers, I finally got ahold of someone in the PM, and I explained what the problem is and I was told that your business would deliver the ORDER as I ORDERED it and I would not be charged for it, and I don't expect to be charged for it anyway with this disaster, and I would receive a call from the supervisor, no call has ever been received yet.nnI wanted the yellow smiley mug because my grand daughter was having a disappointing birthday because the house hold has been sick since Christmas, because I there taking care of them, and I wanted to lift up her spirits, so she gets disappointed again because she didn't receive what I orderednnYou're business is such a disappointment, I honestly don't know how you're still in business, I like to support the local businesses and not use the 1-800 flower sites but maybe if I used them my order would of been delivered on time and correct.nMy granddaughter did receive pink roses and balloons but it's not what I ordered for her.nnI WILL NEVER USE YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS BUSINESS., and they don't deserve any stars on this review
