I placed an order via the owner Shawn Carson on a Friday for delivery on Monday morning before noon for a birthday. I tried to call them the whole day on Monday. Sent messages via email, Instagram, Facebook, left voicemails, sent text messages. No response and no flowers delivered. They charged the credit card and then went MIA. Zero integrity, reliability and I have never encountered a business like this. I almost lost my job because of this. A simple task of sending flowers on behalf of my boss that was not done. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP PEOPLE. I would give this a zero. Not even worth a one star.

Unbelievable customer service. Went the extra mile to make sure delivery was on time. They went above and beyond and I am truly happy with how thoughtful they were in taking care of my order!!

Amazing work by them, my wedding was absolutely stunning thanks to their arrangements! The pictures really don't do it justice. They were able to accommodate my unique medieval wedding and create the perfect centerpieces, bouquets, and ceremony decorations. I can not recommend them enough.

Update: Shaun has not once responded to my BBB request and has still not apologized for the misrepresentation of the services he was supposed to provide. I have heard from many with a similar story about him and I’m glad that my review will hopefully help brides not have to deal with this.nnI was pretty disappointed with my flowers. The first thing I saw was the four post birch arch that I wanted and I was immediately not happy. We were expecting more flowers on top and lights along the post. It was not what we had discussed but there was nothing they could be done about it so I moved on. It was only a small detail and no one would know what was missing. Then I saw the bouquets. My bouquet was nothing like I wanted. I had sent countless pics and we had discussed it numerous times but it seems like he used what he had on hand and they were already browning when I saw them.... again they’re just flowers so I moved on. The centerpieces were another disappointment. They were supposed to be a lantern sitting on flowers. At my sample the flowers were so full and beautiful. I felt like at the wedding everything was so skimpy and you could still see the clear container through them. Even one of my family members mentioned that the flowers did not look fresh. That was pretty embarrassing.To top it off we were supposed to have flowers on my cake and he never put them. Those are just the biggest of a ton more issues we had. Needless to say he talked a big game and then didn’t fully deliver. He was the worst vendor of my wedding.nnRESPONSE: Shaun, when you offer and write things in the contract, you’re obligated to deliver them. It doesn’t matter how much the client is paying. The contract is the contract and it’s binding. We had less tables then the original count, 12 instead of 15. I never requested flowers on the cake or flowers at cocktail hour, you offered it. I would've preferred quality over quantity and I got neither. We did have florists that could work with our budget but you offered a lot more for the budget so I trusted you. I was completely disappointed and am not surprised by your response at all. Many of the items that were in our signed contract were missing. If I were a different bride I would seek legal action and try to get a refund. Be thankful I'm only leaving a bad review.nBy the way, you gave us a discount of about $600 for a package which forced us to pay for the full 15 tables instead of just the 12 we had.
