Our Corgi had a bowel obstruction from a chew toy that needed immediate surgery. After calling around to all the vet hospitals in the area, Coldwater was the only one that could take him the same day. The team of veterinarians and surgeon were very nice, caring, and were very communicative during the surgery. Not only did our pup heal up quick, the cost of care was very fair. 100% recommend.
I became a new patient under the understanding it would cost an initial $50 vet visit and then quoted it would be $300-$600 for my 12 lb dog to get fixed. I was told if no complications and healthy it would be closer to $300. So I agreed to become a new patient. After his fist visit I asked for an official quote for it, and then I was told it would be $500-$600. I would never in my business consider quoting someone 300-600 with the full intention of billing them 500-600. My dog is completely healthy, has no problems. If I had been told 500-600 from the start I probably would have passed. Everyone I know has 70-100 lb dogs that paid $300-$400 for the same procedure with quality care and my dog is 1/10 of the size and in perfect health. I am not a fan of being bait and switched. I will not go back. And I will not recommend if someone asks. And it is too late to make me change my mind.
Charged way too much money for a well visit and a rabies vaccine. The vet was HORRIBLE and a bully. They drew my pets blood without my permission. The staff was nice.
I absolutely love Dr Nemcheck and her Team. Our dog, Lucy, has fearful anxiety, and the girls there put us both at ease. They know how to deal with Lucy and have given me great advice on how to handle her. Most importantly, they have encouraged us to never give up on her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby.
A bit expensive but that’s to be expected with our furry friends! Dr Nemcheck was amazing with my pup for her dental cleaning today. Dr Korte is my dogs usual doctor and he’s been awesome too! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
