Trader Joe's

Trader Joe’s is one of my happy places - even prior to the pandemic. I go there just about every other week! The staff is awesome, always super helpful and if a product is out, they’re always willing to check when it may be back. I’ve unfortunately had to return a few items over time, but they’re always understanding.nnWith the pandemic, it’s one of the places I feel safest while shopping. As someone who hates waiting in line (I mean, who likes to?!) - the outside line seemed daunting on my first trip back months ago, but each and every time, it moves super quick. The store is always clean and being stocked. Only once have I encountered someone (customer) who thought his mask was a chin strap. Social distancing is kind of impossible while shopping, but the checkout lines are marked and complied with. Honestly, it’s nice having capacity limited so I don’t have to weave through as many people just to get to the item I want.nnKudos to the staff for all they do!

Great natural food selections! One star off for the fact it's pretty small for a city this sized. But maybe all of them are small.. People will even wait in 18° weather for 30 min to get in, so they must be doing something right.

Never had any issues before going to this Trader Joe’s but I came across a really rude cashier that didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day...I said thank you to him and all he said was “yup” and prior to that when I approached the registered he only said hello and that was it. I’ve traveled to many locations outside of Rochester and shopped at Trader Joe’s and had the best experience but this time the cashier seemed very bothered. As I left the register the customer behind me approached the register and he was very happy to serve her and asked how she was doing...
