I'm sorry, not sorry! I was very unhappy with the service! Firstly, it was an emotional time to begin with, then to not get what you ordered, and paid for, is very unacceptable.nI explained and described, and paid for an ALL WHITE arrangement. He asked me, since the deceased was a woman, would I like to add a pink ribbon, and I told him NO COLOR, just WHITE! The second arrangement was to be made in the SHAPE of a WHITE RIBBON! Well, the first one was RED and white (looked like a beautiful Christmas bouquet), the one on the stand, had just a few white flowers, and a WHITE RIBBON ATTACHED to the flowers!nSecondly, I was charged $6.50 for EACH to be delivered (to the same place, at the same time) because apparently this is how the delivery person gets paid (company policy, I guess). To put the nail in the coffin (so to speak) they were LATE!!!!!nI was physically THERE, this order wasn't done over the phone, and I made it perfectly CLEAR as to what I wanted, and what I was paying for!nI PRAY that no one else has this kind of experience, because the way I feel as a person of color, I would prefer to support my people, but I won't take this chance anymore, not with Floral Boutique. I'm aware they've been in business for many years, and I hope they will continue to serve the community, but with professionalism.

Fantastic job! Not only was the service great over the phone but they also gave me a wonderful deal for my price budget! (better than all the other shops I had called) The flowers were beautiful!

I ordered flowers over the phone on May 1st for a service nearby at Regency Funeral Chapel on Friday May 3rd 2019. The flowers were supposed to be there by 10 am. I am told by people at the visitation that THEY NEVER ARRIVED. The visitors left at 4pm and they still hadn't arrived. This is unacceptable and troubling on top of the very sad loss of a wonderful person.
