Excellent!! I couldn't be more happy with my appointment there today. They came out to the truck, took the dogs one at a time, gave them their shot, and brought them back to me. Very easy and quick and safeud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
I prefer Wampsville animal clinic. Wampsville is much faster and less exspensive and they have a better staff.
My pet was seen today for the first time by Dr. Casper. It’s always worrisome trusting a new staff of professionals with your babies. From the moment we were checked in to the moment we were checked out everyone was friendly, patient, and understanding. We arrived early but our appointment was on time and went fairly quickly for a sick exam. (To be clear no one rushed us) Dr. Casper introduced herself with such enthusiasm and compassion. My dog immediately took to her. She made her feel comfortable while she was examining her. She took the time to get to know me as an owner and client while treating my pet. The technician was very detailed and friendly. As a new client I of course reviewed the hospitals previous reviews and I can confidentially say I would refer any friend of mine to Hamilton Animal Hospital. Thank you again for getting us in so quickly so Remi could go home with medication. Dr. Casper seems to be a great new addition to your team.
Covid 19 doesn't allow a proper review as we didn't go in. But what we did experience was good.
Great all around experience with great staff and doctors.
