I could not be happier with my experience with the Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic. I feel the value me as a client, and value the health and well-being of my pet. They have provided excellent advice, and also heard my concerns, about my dog's health. In addition to providing what I believe is exceptional customer service and exceptional care for my dog oh, they have service plans which make it a portable. I've chosen to take part in one of the prepaid plans that offer, which provides annual physicals, lab work, and vaccines. I also an annual sick visit this covered, which we tend to use once a year and overall I just could not be happier with the experience I have received from Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic.nnIn all I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone who wanted quality doctors for the plants at what I believe are affordable options.

I was very happy with my well check up with my cat. One suggestion is maybe put the telephone number that you call in your reminder message so it’s easy to find on arrival, and you might want to dedicate a line for arriving appointments so they don’t have to wait in cue to let someone know they have arrived. Staff was very friendly and efficient, visit took around 45 minutes from arrival to leaving. Premises clean, social distancing observed.

We have always brought our cats here, and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of care they have received, and about the dedication of the entire staff. Last year one of our cats was lost for several weeks and when we found her she was injured and very ill. They admitted her immediately, and the care and attention they gave her was beyond words. For over a week everyone there did everything they could, but unfortunately, Hailey did not pull through. Dr. Marr was with us every step of the way, helping us through the situation, and her sympathy and compassion made a very difficult time more bearable, for which we will always be grateful.

It was our first visit with our new puppy and we had such great care. All staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. C took her time to explain everything we need to know to take good care of our new addition to our family.

I am a long time customer with my cats. Dr. Rand, in particular, is everything I could want in a vet.. He is meticulous and caring, he listens, and I always feel like I know my pet better after seeing him because I always walk away with more information about my cat/problem. The staff is professional also and they have always responded quickly and well to any needs. I recommend Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic unreservedly. Your pet will be in great hands and so will you!
