I received very attentive care for our guinea pig who needed tooth trimming and nail clipping. The staff is friendly and polite and dr Wishko takes her time to speak with you and answer questions
We have been using northtown animal hospital for our rats for a long time, at least three generations of rats. We usually get Dr. Wishko and she handles the girls and keeps them calm just like we would. I don't remember the other vet's name that we have seen on occasion but they're both very good and very knowledgeable about our strange rodents. We have had a hairless rat, dwarf rats and then a whole bunch of normal fancy/dumbo rats. They've always researched and educated us about The idiosyncrasies of the various rats we've had and I feel confident that they have always treated our rats very well.nnEven on our most unpleasant visits, we have always felt confident that the doctors treated our pets as respectfully as if they were their own.nnThis is the only place that I will bring my pets now. I trust them completely.

My mother took my 12 week old puppy in for her first first vet appointment and said that the Vet that she spoke with was not nice and pretty rude. I called myself to speak with the Vet and also found her rude and condescending. I won’t mention her name because that seems a little too much for me and I understand that this is a frustrating time for most people, but you would think that someone that has dedicated their life to helping animals would come from a place of a little more warmth and empathy.
Very kind. Good with scheduling. Definitely a little pricey though. No negotiating.
