I have been taking my pets here for over 20 years, and have had excellent service and care every single time. Not only for my cats and dogs, but for my prairie dog as well and have never had a complaint. I cannot recommend them enough.
Vets and staff we have encountered on both of our visits have been kind, caring and wonderful. They've even called to check up on our sick pet the next day. She's much better thanks to their help.
My Sugar Glider was having some eye issues and when I called earlier this week the front desk staff were so calming and nice. We made an appointment with easy, even tough we weren’t prior patients within a few days time. When we arrived for our appointment the technician was incredibly nice and sweet to talk to. Then we spoke with the doctor about the course of action, she was AMAZING and even took a selfie with the little man. Highly recommend for any pet parents that are looking for a friendly, professional experience.
The Staff @ All Creatures is awesome. They always take such good care of my pets. We had an emergency situation and they were able to treat our cat and keep me (somewhat) calm. He is doing great and I am so thankful for the care and treatment they provided.
I scheduled an appointment at All Creatures for acupuncture and/or cold laser therapy because my current veterinary practice does not offer these specialized services. I found everyone to be helpful, pleasant, and thorough. I was apprehensive to allow my cat to go into a new practice without my accompanying him, but those fears were totally unfounded. All the technicians and office staff were friendly. While waiting for my cat in the parking lot, I received a tap on the window to be greeted by Dr. Albert, who explained to me in detail what he had done and what his examination had found. I found my experience AMAZING and hope that the acupuncture will resolve some of my cat's issues! The cost of the exam and acupuncture was very reasonable. Thank you All Creatures! I highly recommend your services!!!!
