Amigone Funeral Home and Cremation Services

Since my mother’s wake and funeral was the first one I had to prepare for, I didn’t realize at the time what a wonderful job Amigone did. It wasn’t until my father passed and we used a different funeral home (due to location only) that we appreciated the job Amigone did for us. Mom was beautiful and had a peaceful look about her. You could see that time was taken on her hair and makeup. She looked 20 years younger at her wake and there was no sign of what she had gone through before she passed. At Dad’s wake (at the other funeral home), he did not have a peaceful look; he had a frown and looked mad. My dad never frowned in life. His hair was still pink (stained from a blood trauma). They also forgot a very important piece of jewelry which we had to ask for it after the funeral (it was almost thrown away with the dry cleaning bag of his suit). We were not given back the family heirloom tartan tie he wore which we would have liked to keep (he was cremated in it). Amigone was a little more expensive, but a much better experience. I highly recommend them to care for your loved one after their passing.

I recently attended a funeral service at Amigone Funeral Home for a dear friend. I can not express how professional and how impressed I was with the Amigone staff throughout the entire time. The family was so pleased with Mr. Vincent Amigone with his sincere concern and attention to their family. It was a very sad time for so many of us, but Amigone was wonderful and left us all with a memorable feeling of peace for our friend and loved one. It was a beautiful service.nThank you.
