Plant Place & Flower Basket

My mother in law recently passed away and we were not home and received a phone call from the delivery driver who said he had flowers but it was to cold to leave them outside so we asked him to leave them next door, he did, the flowers were gorgeous. The next day we were not home and it was 18 degrees out and when we came home the flowers were on the front porch, frozen. When we brought them In some immediately died and the rest did the following day. I called the Plant Place got their answering service and they “took a message”. I never got a return call. I later called the Plant Place back they answered and told me they would send a new arrangement the next day. The next day an arrangement arrived, just one, but it was not the replacement it was from someone else. It was nice as well. Today I called as it has been days since I was supposed to get my new flowers and again I got the “answering service “ and no return call. I always give companies a chance. The person who sent the flowers spent a lot of money. I will be stopping by to see that my sister in law gets a refund as I do not want the flowers anymore. The 3 arrangements I received were beautiful BUT customer service and delivery are not worth any missteps that may occur.

Would not even give one star but had to. Saw this response from a previous disappointed customer...wow just wow!nnResponse from the owner5 years agonYour first problem is you ordered from an on line place....We are not the problem...You need to buy from a local florist..Do not blame Plant Place & Flower basket...We filled the order ,nnYou as the owner are the problem due to the fact you choose to work with online companies and you should fulfill orders to the expectation of the actual order placed. I attached a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered from your business. First you lied and said it was delivered April 2...it was not! After a couple phone calls I was told it would be delivered April 3....nope called again and then at 8:19pm the picture below is what was delivered....I was so embarrassed when I was sent this picture of what you delivered! Looks awful and thrown together just to get me off your back. You obviously can not handle the online orders, drop the online companies because you are ruining your local business.

I honestly can't believe how many bad reviews for The Plant Place. Every time I've received flowers from here, they were so fresh, so beautifully arranged, that I've never had flowers better from anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend.

Nice litte shop on the Blvd. May need to spruce up the outside but the delivered where it counts. Beautiful arrangement. Well priced. 90% the same as the online picture, can't expect them to have every accent flower. First time I've ordered from them, I look forward to my next purchase.

Beautiful flowers, they looked better than pictured. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions without trying to rush me off the phone. My mother was very impressed and visitors couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were. Wonderful designers and friendly personal delivery. I will definitely be ordering through Plant Place from now on.
