Edible Arrangements

I ordered three arrangements on the same day for pickup totaling around $300 and they were all wrong - one a completely different arrangement. They did correct it, but it caused unnecessary stress during an already stressful time of year. Let this be a warning to check your order before leaving the store. I can’t imagine the number of other wrong orders that get delivered without the buyer ever knowing they are getting ripped off.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service by Manager Christina . Ordered was was supposed to be an edible arrangement with a box of chocolate and a balloon . What was delivered was a box of chocolate and a tiny box of fruit along with a balloon. I was completely DISAPPOINTED and what was even more upsetting was managers refusal to rectify botched order and was useless, very poor customer service skills.nI will be sure to spread the word to everyone as well as post reviews on all social media not to give business to Edible Arrangements in Dash plaza on Plaza Drive, Williamsville.nI would have rated less than 1 star . Save your money and frustration,nyour better off sending fresh fruit from your local grocery store !!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Father’s Day Dessert Platter, Plush Bear, Gourmet Belgian Chocolate Pop and a Great Outdoors Mug with Apple Truffles to surprise my husband on Father’s day as my son, husband and me couldn’t be together due to Covid-19. By the time I placed the order I couldn’t get delivery during Father’s Day weekend as the slots were gone. So I had my husband go on an adventure to pick it up by giving him directions on the go. In the end, he was really surprised and enjoyed the edible arrangement! He said it was a good variety and delicious.

Ordered a fruit arrangement for my aunt for Christmas, had a slight problem. I was called back right away by the store's owner Gail. She was FANTASTIC, like old fashion customer service. Replacement was sent out and my aunt was amazed and extremely pleased with the size and freshest of the product. Thank you once again for your service and attention to detail. When I need to order again locally I will be calling you.
