Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish!nMy dogs have been in the care a Dr Lauren for years. I would recommend her and the hospital to anyone. She and her staff are very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They take much time and care to make my ‘vet nervous’ dogs comfortable/calm. The staff and doctors accommodate emergencies and are kind and relatable.nIt gives me great peace of mind to know that my dogs are being cared for by highly skilled and trustworthy professionals.

Covid-19 is making it tough these days. Of course we all want to be with our pets at the veterinarian but protocol isn’t allowing that right now. The best part is I feel fully confident in the professional and compassionate staff at Valley Veterinary Hospital to give my peta the absolute best care. As I said, it’s tough times, but I am so thankful for the amazing care and compassion we have always received here that it takes that worry away when I can’t be with them right now. I trust them 100% without any concerns.

Woman owned practice. Very friendly and helpful. We have been going here for over 30 years even before it was a women owned practice and they have always treated everyone like family.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. But before I tell you why you should NOT go this place, I will start out how we ended up here. My late dog was a patient here when Dr. Murphy owned the practice. My goodness if I could give this place a million stars then I would have. What a great place and doctor, there was nothing bad to say about this place. However, when Dr. Roginski bought the practice everything went downhill for us as customers of this practice.. We did not spend much time here when she took over because my dog did not have much time left, and sure enough he passed away right here at the clinic due to old age and was put to sleep. We did not think we would come back. However we ended up getting another dog. We did not really want to start all over with a vet, so we went back to her... Assuming she would be a good fit.. Boy were we wrong..nnFirst and foremost, she treated my mother as if she were a child. When my mother asked her very politely if SHE could call NOT her assistant, (due to the COVID rules in not being able to go in) she scolded my mother and told her that it is not her job to inform my mother how our dog is doing. For some owner of a practice you are EXTREMELY rude to do that. Because this is Google and we have to be professional, all I will say is some vet you are to say that. He is a PUPPY, not a grown dog whereas we would have more experience on him. Second, of all she is very unprofessional in informing us as to how our little pup is doing and what not, and she's got a very rude and brief staff.. Again our dog is a puppy, we want to make sure he is healthy. Third, she raised the prices compared to what Dr. Murphy offered. I am truly sorry, but if you're a vet doesn't care for animals matter over price .. Dr. Murphy had extremely reasonable prices, and that's one of the many reason of what made him so great. We don't mind paying a high amount for GOOD service. This is not good service, it's awful. But if you would like a rude and brief vet, by all means come here.nnNeedless to say we GLADLY left this practice and went to a much better practice with a doctor who is great and actually calls the pet's owner and is much more professional. Avoid this place at all costs because Dr. Roginski is not a professional vet nor a kind or nice one at the least. When you leave your beloved pet somewhere he/she could be scared, you want the best.. This is certainly not that.

Their diagnosis and treatment of my Bull Terrier has been spot on for the last 2 years...highly recommend and they do great by my cat as well
