Just called to try to find out where to send flowers for my uncle's funeral. I am in California. When I was confused about the location --- the guy laughed at me. Buddy, if you find death and bereavement funny, you're in the wrong business. Make a little note to yourself not to MOCK grieving family members in the New Year!
