Losing my mother was very difficult and I was not looking forward to any more difficulties dealing with a funeral home. Thus, I am delighted to endorse the kindness and expertise I encountered at Heald Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. Jay thought of everything. I know that the prices of some other leading local funeral homes are much higher. I thought that Jay was very fair, patient and kind.
Mr. Heald was very compassionate, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating during our time of planning my sisters funeral.
