I had the best experience at Moonbrook Vet Hospital. I started with a kitten we had and he passed due to a virus, and the staff and vet were extremely helpful and caring when it came to all the questions I had on how to move forward should we ever get another. They also go us in quickly for an appointment for first vaccinations. Second we had our dog who had an injured bleeding, paw, and the vet we are established with didn't even try to help get us in. I called moonbrook and the same day even though we were not established, they got us in. They were amazing from check in, to care, and reassurance afterward. Dr. Rappole even came out himself to explain and answer any questions. Very personable! I would highly recommend them. We have found our new vet!
As usual great. I've never had a problem with anyone there and they answer all of my exhausting questions even if they need to be repeated.

Worse place to go!! Don’t waste your time or money. My dog got hit by a car wanted looked at after hours says not emergency don’t call again. Would rather a family member die then take time to look over. Don’t waste your money time or risk your furry family with them!!!
