They took great care of our cat when we went on vacation. They vaccinated him and played with him all week and even gave us a report on his daily behavior and attitude.. The staff was amazing and friendly too. We called a few other places and all they offered was just putting him in a kennel and we would have to get the updated vaccinations somewhere else before. We are very happy with them and would definitely recommend this place. The price was great too, very fair..
I have always had a great experience with my kitties here! My older cat just got all of his teeth out and they made sure he was comfortable and taken care of. The vet who did the surgery texted me the day after to make sure everything was going well and offered to be of help if we needed anything during his recovery.

I am so glad I switched over to this animal hospital. I cannot say enough good things about the technicians and the vet. They were all so kind to me and my dog and so knowledgeable. I can’t wait for my puppy to try the kennel here because I know she will be well taken care of. Everything was very clean and handled very well during my visit. It is so important to have techs and vets that care about you and your animal and know what they are talking about. I highly recommend Timpanogos animal hospital!! So happy I switched and brought my puppy here, I only wish I had gone here in the first place. Update to my past review: Dr crane is amazing. My mini poodle was diagnosed with IVDD and she could not walk or lay down easily without pain. After x rays verifying this issue and about a week of pain medicine we started her on her laser therapy treatments. One day after her first treatment ( she will have about 5 more) she is already night and day better! It is unbelievable. Dr crane is so knowledgeable and I like how quickly he is able to tackle any problem and resolve it. I love this animal hospital. Even during COVID My dog has been very taken care of and I have been allowed in with my dog for visits while still given the most top notch care.

Highly recommend Dr. Crane! He was absolutely amazing. I felt listened to and validated with my concerns. He explained things appropriately and cared well for our nervous dog. Not only did he not make us feel like he was rushing through the appointment, he took the time to watch videos I took of her showing my concerns and answered all questions I had with specifics. His vet tech, Payten, that worked with us was just as amazing! Even after the appointment was completed, she emailed articles and information for us on how we can help her with her anxiety. The hospital even followed up the next day to see how she was doing. I couldn't be happier with the care we were provided with! 🤗🤗🤗 Thank you so much! - Hazel and her Family.
