I love it here! My family has taken our pets here for over 10 years now and they stay their awesome selves! The nurses are nice and know exactly what to do. Same with the doctors there. My dog's doctor is super nice and explained everything about my dog and the medication she is on is already doing lots! I totally recommend this place!

I couldn't recommend a better vet! The best quality care and great customer service. They were very patient with me and my two cats. My animals were comfortable and very well taken care of. They were very communicative and understanding to me and my concerns. I'm very happy with my visit and cannot say enough good things about a Caring Vet Hospital!

It really saddens me to write such a terrible review since we had such hopes that this would be the Vet for our parrot. We made an appointment weeks ago for our African Grey to receive an annual exam, nail and beak trim. Upon our arrival on 9/24, Dr Peacock indicated we would need to return the next day since it was their policy to use anesthesia during trim procedures and the surgery room was completely booked. The front desk failed to mention this during the initial appointment. So, they asked us to drop him off at 8am the next day when they could work him into the surgery schedule, conduct the annual exam (more thorough - she said - while he was under anesthesia), and they would call us when he was ready. When we arrived to pick him up we were asked to make payment, which was fine. However, we were essentially dismissed after payment was made; but noticing that a $55 exam fee was charged, we asked to see the Vet for the exam results. Their response: "Dr Peacock is not in the office and the exam was not completed." They proceeded to make an attempt to have us return another time for an exam and the male Vet (don't know his name) came to the waiting room and indicated that our parrot would need to be under anesthesia again for the exam. "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" They also continued to place blame everything on a "miscommunication". Very unprofessional. Additionally, they did not make an attempt to refund the $55 exam fee until I asked. This Vet clinic has completely lost my trust and respect. They are anything but "A Caring Vet".

I have been going to A Caring Vet for my dog and cat for over 8 years. I've always been happy with the care and accommodations they've provided. They've been very caring and considerate during examinations and procedures, particularly with my dog who's anxious at the vet. I was thrilled to note in recent years that it seems like staff members have been given additional training in dog body language and handling. I've seen Dr. Hansen and Dr. Peacock and they've both been great with listening to my concerns, answering questions and finding solutions. I also love that Dr. Hansen has working relationships with local trainers and will refer out behavior cases to qualified professionals.

My miniature dachshund can be a handful. They have never complained and infact go out of their way to make him happy and comfortable.
