Pet Urgent Care

This place is the best. Every time I have come with my little pug the staff has always treated us professionally and with respect. The doctors are ALL amazing. If I could make them my regular vet I would. Being emergency, they are pricier but that is given. They were always upfront with pricing with me before anything was done for my pug. I love this place and I will continue to recommend them to others. Keep up the good work Pet Urgent Care!

This place has amazed me. Some of the bad reviews on here do not make sense based off my personal experience here. Staff is kind and wonderful and prices are given straight forward so you know how much it will cost before hand. Nothing hidden. I love this place

We were very pleased with the quality of service we received. From the beginning of the visit to the end, the techs and doctor were all very professional and super nice. Dr. Carlos and his techs were very up front with wait times, even when emergencies came in and they were rushed back before us. They let us know there was going to be a delay instead of just letting us sit there waiting without any updates. The techs last night were very efficient and you could tell they cared very much for your pets. Recommend.

Very happy with the service me and my brother received. His dog was not doing well and they took him in. Some of the reviews on here do not make much sense. The staff was kind and patient. Prices are high but it is emergency services so it makes sense. And they gave us a page with prices for everything before it was done. Thank you pet urgent care staff.

TL:DR: The last 2 negative reviews from a "Casey" are because she tried to steal services and was mad she did not get free help knowing how much it cost to bring the in. Our check in sheet we sign and date informs us payment is due before we leave and how much just the exam is. She made a scene in the lobby cussing at the staff because we were in the exam room able to hear everything. Staff stayed professional and respectful entire time. Take bad reviews with a grain of salt, some people are just mad they have no money and lie to get what they want and when they do not get what they want they take it on other people. I was there when the Casey lady was also there who wrote the previous 2 bad reviews. I believed that the staff handled the situation very well for them being yelled at by her and the man she was with. They were cussing at the staff in the lobby and yelling because I could hear them in the other exam room. The staff remained calm and listened and was very professional. Casey WAS made aware of the cost before entering the exam room because our check in sheet has a terms section that explains the fees and that it is due at time of service. They also have it posted on the check in desk how much the price is to be seen. And from what I could hear, these clients signed the check in sheet acknowledging that they understood payment was due and what the exam cost. They were trying to receive free services and play the clinic and they were not letting them and that is why she is mad. Because their card declined, the manager let them know they will be sent to collections and forced to pay their bill. I was very mad at these clients for trying to steal services from such an amazing clinic. Take these bad reviews with a grain of salt because Casey is mad she did not get free services. They were let known cost and they signed agreeing to it. They made the scene in the lobby and the Pet Urgent Care staff was very professional.
