Dillenbeck's Flowers

I called them just before closing and they still made a last minute florial arrangement for me. It was beautiful and everything I had asked for... thank you for the beautiful flowers and kindness!! ud83dudc95

I used Dillenbecks to get my fiancé flowers on Valentine’s Day I went through them directly picking out a beautiful bouquet of flowers on there website. I went to pick up the day before Valentine’s Day and as soon as I got in the car I was shocked to see the difference in the flowers I picked out and the ones I received. I called them right away and was completely dismissed by whoever answered the phone and was told they “substituted” one of the flowers out due to high demand. This would of been fine if they didn’t use a flower that was about 1/3 of the quality as the one I picked out. I got home and further examined them to my shock every single flower was different and to make matters worse they were awful quality. The roses looked like they were picked from a amateurs garden. The worst part is a family member also bought roses from here on Valentine’s Day ordered a week after I did and he got beautiful eye popping roses that were triple the size of the ones I received. I emailed my concerns to them right away and 6 days later and I still have heard nothing. I guess this is what you get for trying to shop local and support a business during the pandemic. Please whatever you do don’t shop at this place for any of ur flower needs wether it’s for a wedding, funeral or special occasion the awful customer service I received will no doubt carry over to any event they do.

Retraction: Asked for two dozen red roses to be delivered to cacciatore's resturant in Johnson City ny. $164.00. I thought that was a steal. Until I called wegmans florest dept. I asked for two dozen red roses in a vase. I needed it in 1&1/2 hours so that I could pick it up.nNot only, was it ready? And OMG beautiful? But, it was just$50.00. no it's not a typo. $54.00 with tax.

They have always been very helpful especially when you’re having difficulty picking out arrangements. Friendly staff and great purchase experiences.
