I contacted Simple Choices and was greeted with a professional voice and turning into some professional help.nNick and Roy were there to help me and they guided me through the process of cremation of my brother.nI picked up my brother's ashes in record time along with his death certificate. Nick processed me through the final stages and I was out the door.nThank you Nick and Roy for a job well done. You were great!

My brother recently passed away from cancer at home. Simple Choices was my first call as I had use them for my brother and sister previously. Roy took care of the arrangements and treated us with kindness. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and any concerns we might have. He has made these difficult times easier for us with his caring and respect.

After a horrible experience with a local funeral home, who collected my father's body, we found Simple Choices. Not only did their prices turn out to be half of those of the other home, but their service was exceptional as well. Nick was wonderfully helpful. He took care of the entire process for us in one day, all through email and phone calls. He was genuine, caring and respectful. He had my dad's body transported to his place within hours, and the charge for this over one-hour long transport was half of what the local funeral home charged us to bring my dad to their location 15 minutes away from our home (!). We are very grateful to Nick for helping us through this difficult time and making the process so smooth.
