Rizzo's House of Flowers

I live in New Hampshire. And wanted to have flowers delivered to my Aunt who lives by herself in Troy New York.i wanted them to be deliver from her area .I looked up florset in her area and called Rizzo's.I was only able to give him a description of what I would like for her to receive due to the fact that I'm in New Hampshire so this was all by phone. And they did an amazing job my aunt loves the flowers and I am so appreciative for them helping me to brighten my aunt's day. The best part is from what my aunt tells me her and her family have been ordering flowers from Rizzo's for 16 years and I didn't even know it.

Was not able to update a review I had done. I had placed a 2nd order the following year after my initial review. Order roses that wilted and died within 2 days. I tried several times to reach out to the but never heard back. Spending many years in fortune 500 companies as customer service this is not acceptable and the reason I have not been back in order 2 years. Never again. No customer service, No accountability, Poor product + No repeat customer! It is really sad as my first experience was a decent one after that all down hill. I have found other places less expensive and accommodating to their customers.

I love going to Rizzo's. they're very family-oriented and they have a very crafty hand at arranging flowers for All Occasions. They're fast and friendly.
