My experience with this Veterinary hospital has been awful...and I have been going there since the year 2000.....but when my poor 20 year old cat was brought in there barely alive and they decided to do a x-ray on her to cause her to have another stroke and then told me she needed to be put down........I was beyond with grief......They had the nerve to send me the most expensive bill and with that x-ray cost as well...I refused to pay that because they should have known it could have caused more harm to my cat which it did......this happened over 10 years ago....My cat is gravely ill and I made an appointment there for today because of the urgency and as I sat in the waiting room with my dying cat..the Vet came out to the waiting room to say 'SORRY WE CANNOT SEE YOUR PET DUE TO YOUR BILL YOU DID NOT PAY ' I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND EVEN OFFERED TO PAY IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE and he still shook his head no and got up and left me there with my dying cat....NO COMPASSION..HOW DARE YOU CALL YOURSELF A ANIMAL HOSPITAL...NOT ONCE BUT TWICE YOU HAVE PROVEN HOW INCOMPETENT AND AWFUL YOU ARE......
