Fredon Animal Hospital

Very helpful with my 2 dogs. Helped me in and out with my dogs. My younger dog is very frightful of dogs she does not know. The girls were understanding about Lucy's problem and kept her calm. Thank you Fredon Animal Hospital.

Every time I go in it is a breath of fresh air! All of the staff is super attentive and friendly. I never felt rushed while scheduling appointments, and the vet takes time and great care while checking up on my sweet kitty. These are clearly people who care about people and our furry companions!!

I love the care they provide my fur-babies, hands down doctors and techs are amazing!!! Receptionists however, most often speak over me, come off impolite and as though your call is a bother. Phone interactions with them is my only complaint. I see that is very common on this thread. I think the office needs to see this thread and provide CSR training. If not for the phone interaction I’d totally give a five start review!!!

I have been taking all my pets there for the past six years and yesterday we called and asked for a vet to see our cat (an existing patient) who was not eating drinking and seem to be off, that should be a red flag for any vet and we were told that they could not see him because of Covid restrictions which we all know is just a very very bad excuse. I moved to south jersey and was not able to bring my furboy with me so I left him in the great care of one of my best friends who still lives there. She was told by the receptionist that because she was a new client they could not see the cat. Keep in mind the cat IS a patient there and is in there system. I then had to call and speak with the receptionist to find out why someone other than me, in an emergency, could not bring my cat who was ill ASAP. The BS that I received was mind blowing. Please understand that this is not a complaint on any of the doctors there as they are amazing, but they need to know how their receptionist is handling their calls from their patients ( and let me clarify that the animals are their patients). In the end my friend make calls to another vet who's receptionist clearly sensed the urgency and double booked him for first thing the next morning. And thank God she did because he had a severe infection and blockage in his anal glands. In summary I was extremely disappointed at how the receptionist at Fredon Animal Hospital spoke to my friend and me with such a harsh and cold tone. I hope and pray this never happens to another animal patient there and the doctors make sure of that.

Very attentive, kept me calm throughout the holidays through emails. I know my boy is alot to handle yet they call it nervousness instead of truly telling it how it is. I really appreciate that very much cause it's hard to find loving people in this world. So thank you to each and everyone at Fredon Animal Hospital for being there for this nervous mom ud83dude09❤
