Central Monmouth Animal Hospital : Neil Bloom DVM

Just moved to the area and our senior kitty got sick. The staff was friendly and got me an appointment quickly. Dr. Bloom was kind, compassionate and so good with him. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I read a lot of reviews and did research before choosing Dr. Bloom. All the great reviews were spot on. I highly recommend them.

Dr Bloom is a kind and caring person, and a good vet. He went out of his way to help me with an emergency and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Central Monmouth Animal Hospital.

There is nothing that turns me off more than the awful attitude from receptionists at ANY doctor office. The doctor may be amazing but the lack of professionalism from his receptionists, I forgot her name, starts with a D but wow holy attitude!!nFirst off, trying to reach this office is nearly impossible, you aren't allowed inside and they have signs all over the door to call from your car - OK understandable with the pandemic BUT 25 minute wait in my car for someone to answer the phone? Really? And then they give YOU the attitude? No thank you. And just to clarify my rating is NOT for the doctor and purely for the awful service from his front office staff.

The doctors here are great! I strongly recommend.nI started to visit them once I got my puppy, and they have been taking care of my puppy from vaccine and some random cases.nThe staffs are great and nice, and the doctors are professional. I can feel that they do love the animals.nThese days I have a semi-emergency issue with my puupy, and they are able to help me to arrange an early appointment within the day, and take care of him well.nI feel I enjoy better service and care here than the top ranking vet in NYC...nnIf there is something I want them to improve, it will be the music while holding the phone... The volumn is louder than usual.. LoL

Wonderful animal hospital. My cat Otis was lethargic with 105.8 fever, took me as a new patient as busy as they were. Great staff, thank you Dr. Bloom ud83dudc99ud83dude3b❤
