My dog needed to have surgery on a Sunday for a severely infected anal gland that had burst and caused cellulitis.nWe had excellent service, received an itemized bill and quote prior to any services rendered, the vet provided a detailed description on the procedure and took the time from his busy schedule to answer all questions, and the vet techs were extremely kind and empathetic. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment! The price was also equivalent to what we would pay at our primary vet.

Had to put our dog princess down , never knew you had the option to have them cremated and ashes returned, the staff here is very helpful and very responsive. A lot of help, above and beyond. Keep up the great work guys.

The entire staff was amazing. They had critical care cases while we were there and they treated our cat like he was just as important as the critical care cases. They are great. And the cost of the visit was incredibly reasonable. This is the second time we have had to take a cat to get treatment and we will definitely be returning if we ever have an emergency.

Staff was very friendly and kept us well informed. Fairly expensive. Automatic minimum charge of$100. Would of been $1500 to leave our cat there for 2 days, which we couldn't afford. Cost over $500 for some blood and urine tests, a fluid pocket, antibiotic and 3 cans of cat food (that she couldn't eat due to ulcers in her throat). She passed away the following day.

I have a very close friend who’s dog had somehow ingested antifreeze and needed attention immediately. He took her to greater cincinnati veterinary and instead of caring first about Willow’s health all they cared about was how it was going to be paid for. She could have been close to death and their only concern was payment. To me, this is just absurd and shows a clear lack of empathy and zero sense of urgency to get the dog the immediate help she needed. She could have died and all they cared about was money! Never taking my pets here.
