Been there four or five times now and the experience has always been positive.nnThe first time I was there they were running behind by about an hour due to a few emergencies that came in which is completely understandable. When I walked in I overheard one of the staff members on the phone with a customer who was extremely irritated because of the wait. The staff member was very polite and professional the whole call which I could tell was a difficult task to do. I was immediately impressed.nnI have been to other vets before that cost a fortune but the prices here are always very reasonable.nnI highly recommend this place!
We have been going here for two years and in the last six months the quality of the front desk staff has gone down hill and they are terrible. So rude and short in conversation. We dread having to call or go in and deal with the front desk staff. They are extremely short in conversation and demeaning.nnTaking your pet to the vet is sensitive and there is absolutely no sensitivity given by the staff who are answering calls and at the front desk.nnWe have seen several of the vets here and they are all wonderful. But we cannot stand the conversation with the front desk. Unfortunately, we are not going to be going here anymore.
Wonderful place, friendly staff, especially Travis. We bring all of our cats here for everything. My cats would probably not rate the experience highly, but what cat likes the vet? ud83dude02
Great people, wonderful staff. Oakley focuses not only on providing great care for your pet, but also for the wellbeing of their pet patent clients as well.
On 10-31-20 we had the worst veterinarian experience. We went in there and my 10 year old dog was dragged with there leash by the veterinarian assistant and we were shocked and then they put a muzzle on her without permission so she bite her. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I-9 team will know about this and so will others. Worst veterinarian place I been to my life. Not professional at all.
