All of my pets have been spayed/neutered at UCAN. Just recently I started taking my pets there for wellness appointments. That’s when I was truly able to see that the staff at UCAN want to make a difference. They are all very friendly. The vet is very knowledgeable. I lost my job due to COVID-19 shutdown & I can’t express how thankful I am to be able to make sure my pets stay healthy at a price that is affordable. It was an excellent experience for our family. Everyone there was very professional and courteous. Service was by appointment. We were seen on time & the actual visit was done in a timely fashion. We sat in the waiting area while we awaited test results. We got the very worst news. One of our cats had feline lukemia. It was heartbreaking news. The staff there sat with us, explained everything, thoroughly, showed the utmost compassion & did not rush us in any way. I can't even imagine a better scenario for those given circumstances. We are extremely grateful. We highly recommend UCAN!!!!
Very nice, caring, & helpful people for your furry love one(s).Donations help the owner's who are having hard times. As for the worker's to do their job in caring for animals. I will donate to this facility & if I need their service again..I will go to them...
Best place to get your fur baby taken care of! My SamSam got neutered and they did a great job! Check in and check out instructions are easy. Staff is quick, they great the job done efficiently and the prices are awesome!❤
