This place is an utter disappointment; lacks professionalism and more importantly quality care and concern at the most difficult time. My son didn't look anything like he should have, the casket was too small and he looked as though he was stuffed in the casket. Every offer of suggestion was met with a ridiculous reply all because my ex-mother-in-law is a friend. In addition to paying this lady to move my son from a more reputable funeral home to McCall. As his mother, she would not listen to any suggestions. If there was a rating with less than a single star that would still be too good for this ghetto-fab ooeration.
Ed and his staff offer a wealth of information on funeral services as well as insurance. Would highly recommend to friends and family to call Ed for help with Medicare as well!
