They're a very shady business, no funeral home would start embalming a body before any payments were made also, no funeral home would start any type of prep before the will is read (it's illegal to). The staff is very uninformed about the process of embalming one of the works told me it was completely safe to embalm a body ( which is a complete lie). When it comes to make obituaries they do not know how to in chronological order.

This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT.nRight now their website is down. No way to call or be informed of the decedent.nThe attorney general should shut this place down. Poorly run business.

This has been by far the worst funeral experience of my life. Between the funeral home and my step dads sister they took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted with my mothers funeral and lie straight to my face. Everything that my family had wanted done that was agreed upon wasn't done and what we were strongly against is what they had done; for example I didn't want them to sing I had told them I was getting songs together to be played and the funeral home people sung anyway. We didn't want them to speak at the funeral due to having our preacher doing it and they spoke anyway making it hard for pur preacher to do so. My mothers body was poorly done. She didn't resemble herself at all not to mention the fact they made my mothers chest 4xs the size it naturally is and made it look as if an 11 year old girl stuffed her bra with plastic shopping bags. They waited 10 days after her death to do anything and by the time we were able to have the funeral my mother was grey! There were many spelling errors to the program and not all were corrected. The obituary wasn't even done nor posted on their website until the day after we laid my mother to rest and it didn't mention anything about my mothers children or grandchildren like discussed in the face to face meeting. They didn't even get the casket I had chosen for my mother correct. They managed to get the lining color incorrect. They allowed someone to sign someone elses name and said it was ok due to the fact the directors brother was a notary and he could have him noterize the documents without question. I feel this place is corrupt and made a mockery of my family. I wouldn't reccomend this funeral home to my worst enemy. Noone deserves the things that my family had to endure from this facility.

Although the terms in which we had to come in use of the services to bury my father in March 2015 and my aunt today Aug. 2015 here were a sad occasion, We could not have picked a better place to care for our loved ones. I want to say Thank You for your professionalism and care and the terms were very reasonable. Thank You for being God lead and influenced. Eternally grateful Ina Simmone Taylor Madisonville,Ohio
