I am from Florida and have a son in common with someone who has went through two brain surgeries within three weeks time, and was at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. I called to have flowers delivered from Abbey Florist and they delivered them the same day, however, the patient that they were being delivered to had checked out and the hospital never mentioned anything to the florist who delivered them, Karen.nBecause of the Thanksgiving holidays, I tried to call the florist for a couple days in a row and was unable to reach anyone, but today, on Saturday November 28th, 2020, I was able to reach someone at Abbey Florist, I spoke with Karen, I explained the situation and she assured me that she would have a fresh flower arrangement delivered at no cost this upcoming Monday at the patient's home.nnThis is what customer service is all about!! This is true, great, & fantastic service with an understanding of what little things and thoughts really mean to every day people, and I highly recommend Abbey Florist in the Cincinnati Ohio area!!nnThank you Karen!!!nnAnthony

Ordered an arrangement for my daughters 21st birthday. I called them directly and asked for a specific type of arrangement and they delivered exactly what I wanted. Will definitely call on them again. Very Happy!

Ordered flowers for my wife at 10:30 am and we’re delivered by 2 pm which I thought was pretty awesome. Beautiful flowers and arranged perfectly. Would have given 5 stars but for some reason you are unable to call the shop. The line will always be busy.

Abbey Florist did the best floral arrangement that I have ever seen in my life! She had such a fast turnaround for a short notice wedding ceremony. Very natural design. She has an eye for color matching and gave GREAT recommendations! Definitely will be using her again! 6/5

Would have given ZERO stars, but not an option.nnFor this Mother’s Day 2020, I received a call from this florist at 7:30 at night advising that flowers that had been ordered for me, unbeknownst to me, by my oldest son from Arizona and my youngest son here in high school, together, were not going to be delivered to me. The options were I could get them in the next “day or two“ or they could refund the money and that’s that. I’m sorry but if you’re a TelefloranRetailer, in a major downtown city, Cincinnati, how do you run out of flowers?nnAnd, why would you not call the sender versus the recipient of the flowers to tell her, oh hey, you WERE going to get flowers, but now you’re not, “how would you like us to deal with this?”nnWHAT?nnI can guarantee you I was having a lot nicer Mother’s Day not worrying about receiving any flowers or any gifts or anything, got my cards, had a good day. But now, on Mother’s Day, I’m disappointed because my sons initiated a gift for me and this flower shop failed to deliver. And waited until the very end of the day to let anyone know.nnIf you’re taking too many orders give it to another floral shop. Who wants Mother’s Day flowers two days later? That’s like the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.nnSAD.
