Negative zero as the sidewalk on the side of your building on Prescott wasn't snow shoveled and then to add to it you feel as if you own the sidewalk. Pedestrians have to continually walk in the street to get around your vehicles parked and blocking a a defuncted driveway. The city owns the sidewalks!
