All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital

It's been a rough road at all creatures great and small, when we 1st started going there it was a pleasure without using specific names the original owner was an awesome guy he really cared about the animals He would always go out of his way to do the right thing and he was always willing to help that seemed to be at the back of the house at the front desk was a different story there's been some rough people there that's putting it blunt. One day we go for an annual visit to find out the doctor and owner was gone he sold the place and now a corporation owns it would have been nice if we had gotten a letter to say what was going on So we could prepare for some options it wasn't only us Everybody we knew and our family members Had the same experience, if it wasn't for one new doctor we'd be long gone, there was a lot of changes made and things got better to find out that doctor will no longer be there. There was a few other doctors in n out a few receptionist in-and-out it was like a revolving door. The stories not over next visit Well see if we stay or go.

The tech and support staff here are the kindest people. I have a 15 year old dog who needs treatment 3x a week. They take her in and out of the car (COVID) and treat her so tenderly. They are so helpful when I need to make/change appointments. Dr. Ruiz is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.

Our family had a wonderful experience today during an emergency visit for our cat Misha. The doctor and staff really took their time to find the problem and make sure we understood everything. Thank you so much!

I had been frantically searching for a vet that sees dwarf hamsters to address a skin irritation my little man Hermès has been experiencing recently. Everywhere I called did not treat hamsters, and the ones that did were booked solid for at least 2 weeks (some only see exotic animals one day a week). Someone referred me to All Creatures Great and Small, so yesterday I placed a call. They not only see hamsters, but asked if I could come in the same day!! I brought him in for a curbside appointment and someone came to my car to bring him in for his visit. The wait was not long at all, and I was able to get gas, run an errand, and came to pick him up when they called. Dr. Perez spent time on the phone with me discussing everything in detail, explaining how he was treated at the office, and how I should continue his antibiotics at home. She was thorough, highly knowledgeable, patient and kind! The vet techs that brought him to and from my car were also so friendly and the whole staff (including the receptionist Tanya ? I think) made it so easy for him to get the care he needed! I have never been to another vet before, but I will absolutely trust All Creatures with all my future pets. Treatment was much less than I expected as far as cost, and they’re having him revisit in two weeks to administer his second dose (no extra charge for bringing him back!) Hermès and I just want to say: Thank you All Creatures Great and Small!

I had an emergency with my kittens on a Saturday and I was a new patient and they got me in immediately and took such great care of my two little babies. The doctor took her time talking with me and answering my questions it made me feel so good about the care my kittens received. I highly recommend this hospital
