Upon walking into the store is clean and very well organized. The only issue is it's very compact so be prepared for that as there's very little turn around room. Having said that very well stocked and good selection of items that were very easy to find. The only issue I really had is that it was very hard to find an EMPLOYEE it was like they all disappeared, however when I was checking out all of a sudden there was an abundance of employees filing out of an office. Overall this location was clean, convenient,organized, and has very respectful employees (the 2 I interacted with). I would definitely recommend shopping here for pet supplies as I will be shopping here in the future.
Do they have baby bearded dragons here ?
Staff friendly, prices little to high
PetSmart had multiple ad listings everything was out of stock I bought I'm cat food and it said you got a second bag at 50% off there were no other bags and you got nothing off on the first bag I went early afternoon so I was super surprised that there was nothing on the shelf I even asked the guy to look in the back and there was nothing in the back for any of these sales items it's sad to lure people to the store only to be disappointed and this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I also thought it was rather ridiculous to sit in line so long and I even asked the manager if he could please open another cash register I was literally in line in the back of the store very poor experience this time out at PetSmart I sure hope things improve at that location
Will come to this Petsmart again. Cashier Theodore was great, friendly and personable but without making my checking out process take any longer. Would recommend
