Helpful staff, called me twice to follow up on my order.nBe mindful of what website hours say, compared to actual hours if you are picking up

Don’t order from here. Don’t know what they’re doing. Waste of my time. Almost ruined my surprise. Order from Montclair location!

I have ordered from edible arrangements before and they typically are great and reliable.nToday I am very disappointed .....online it stated that they are open and deliver until 12...placed my order and paid online...at 11:42 I received a call from a lady stating they are not delivering anymore and close at 12...very disappointed and ruined my holiday gift...not very good customer service so I give this place 1 star. If you were not delivering they should have never taken payment and processed my order.

I placed an order two weeks in advance to have it be delivered for Mother's Day. The order was never delivered nor did I hear from the store as to why it wasn't going to be delivered. I called multiple times throughout the day and it kept going to voicemail. I couldn't even leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I tried sending an email multiple times on the website and each time it said there was a problem with their system. I am beyond upset and will not order from this store in the future

Can not say enough about Aniyah. She went above and beyond on an order I placed. Haven’t received customer service like that in years.. truly appreciate her patience and kindness.
