Working with Atlas florists was an interesting process. They came recommended from our venue so I felt very confident in what I was going to get, initially. I worked with Matt, who was very nice but very laid back throughout the whole process which always left me feeling a little uneasy. I always felt that I needed to “stay on top of him” or there would be something forgotten or misplaced.nMy first issue is that their billing offices are located in Long Island, NY and their demo shop is in Clifton, NJ. There were several discrepancy’s concerning billing, specifically involving how much money was paid and when. I would advise anyone who works with them to make several copies of your receipts and to keep track of how much you’ve payed and when because their offices had a very difficult time keeping track and often told us we owed more then we actually did.nMy second issue with Atlas Florist was that they completely changed what we had discussed for the flowers and by the time I had realized, it was the day of my wedding and it was to late. Specifically my bouquet and the arch I wanted built over the sweetheart table at our reception. I gave very detailed descriptions of what I would like along with exact reference photos. All throughout this planning process (about 1 year) the reference phots and descriptions I provided remained the same however, on the day of my wedding my bouquet showed up completely different and the arch looked absolutely nothing like what we had discussed...although still pretty, it was a completely different design.nMy third issue with Atlas Florist has to deal with my “something blue”. I had a small blue heart cut out of the fabric of my grandfathers tie and asked if it could be attached to the handle of my bouquet. I provided Atlas with one large heart and one small heart because I wasn’t sure how big the handle would be. Upon sitting down for our final meeting days before my wedding, we together, had decided that the small heart would fit best when attached to the handle of my bouquet. On the day of my wedding, the bouquet showed up with both hearts attached. My bridesmaids and I had to scramble at the last minute to try and detach the second heart with out messing up any other part of the bouquet.nI had three major issues with this company and that is why I took three stars away from my review. They provided more then just flowers for my big day but also unnecessary stress and anxiety leading up to the event. I would proceed with caution with Atlas.

Wow. Matthew and his team did an incredible job with all the flower arrangements at our wedding. They were organized, punctual and so easy to work with. Our flowers were so amazing, we are STILL receiving compliments to this day about our centerpieces and floral arrangements. We highly recommend ATLAS for your future events.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! MATT LYNCH IS A SCAM ARTIST WEASLE. 2 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING HE CALLED MY BRIDE AND SAID WE OWE HIM MORE THEN WHAT WE DID. THE FLOWERS LOOKED HALF DEAD. THE BOUQUET FLOWERS WERE HALF BROKEN. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!!!! ALSO NEVER GAVE MADE A RECEIPT TO MY WIFE WHEN SHE MADE PAYMENTS
