Complete business fraud. Please don’t waste your time, hope, and most importantly your money here. The place deserves zero stars. The woman who answers the phone and claims to run the place is rude,unorganized, and Irresponsible. I ordered flowers with a contact number. Not only did the flowers not arrive. They called the next day for the first time at noon to try to delivery the flowers! Claiming they couldn’t find the house but never bother to follow the instructions and call the contact number provided until the next day. Very unprofessional place. I ended up with no flowers because I refused to have them delivered a day late, the event was over, and they refused to refund me.

Thank you for going out of your way to create and deliver a gorgeous arrangement to my parents during this strange carona time . They celebrated their 65 anniversary and the surprise meant so much to them!!

Very unprofessional, I do not recommend buying anything from here. I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and they never delivered. They first told me they couldn’t find the house and then they said no one was home. My GF was home all day waiting for the flowers and they never even bothered to call her if they had any issues when her phone # was provided to them. There business is a joke and they refused to refund me the money.

I hired Rebecca for my wedding which was 10/4 . I hired her because she was nice and seem capable of doing the job to the T. I saw sample 5 days before the wedding, the centerpieces she showed me were different from what we agreed on or pictured in the contract. I called her and told her this is not what we agreed upon she said she will add what I wanted, guess what the day of the wedding the centerpieces stay the same nothing was added at the end of the night I told her she said o there were not enough of those hanging lights, like you could have call and told me that as soon as you find out. The day of the wedding she also send a different person to do the delivery the person came late, have no idea what is there or missing. One of my flower girl did not have a basket she only send one basket knowing well I have 2 flower girls. My table was empty no flowers on it or behind it, just candles on the floor around it. I was very disappointed in her service, She was very pushy about getting pay, telling me to download this and that so I could send her the money, Overall , I was disappointed with how the flowers turnout and the fact that I did not get what I paid for, NO I would not hired her again.
