Rang from London trying to order flowers for my husband on the day before Valentine and after spending over 30 mins on the phone ie an international phone call rates James put the phone down on me because his very slow machine would not take my Britisth Credit Card number. I will NEVER in my life use this shop again. Very POOR customer service
