As a florist myself in England I would certainly put right if anything went wrong. Well unfortunately it did. In short I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my daughter, who organization puts a lot of business there way. It was a surprise for Shavuot. When she sent me a picture of it I was devastated to say the least. On calling back and speaking to the manager, I then told him who I was. He said call back after yom tov and he will sort. I have called numerous times, no answer? I guess he’s blocked my number. I hasten to add, at no time did I shout at him or raise my voice. $72 down the drain. Plus after speaking with my daughter just now the flowers sent are dead.
