I live on the West Coast and I've ordered flowers to be delivered locally in the valley and Ruthie's never fails me. The most recent time, last Saturday, Ruthie's knocked it out of the park. Recipients raved!
Showed up to the shop the morning of our Wedding and it was closed. The owner had written down the date of Wedding wrong- despite meeting months in advance (twice), signing a contract, paying upfront for everything we had ordered, confirming via email & phone two weeks prior. Thank goodness for DG Flower Studio who saved our Wedding day and was able to pull together my bouquet and his boutonniere in one hour. Getting a refund back, which is warranted (especially since nothing was done for our wedding), but still wouldn't recommend for events where flowers are pretty integral.
Wrong hanging plant delivered to my mom for mother's day. Delivery person left it in the front yard. I'm saddened by this because i was expecting her to get a beautiful multi colored plant. The plant that was delivered is pretty but not really her style.nI was told i would receive a refund but have not. That is what fixing it over the phone doesud83dude15 really just wanted my mom to get the best!!! #WHATIORDERED
Beautiful store, great selection of plants, flowers & awesome- antique hand made items. Smells amazing inside. Sweet spot for locals or someone who’s just visiting and wants to pick something up. Mozzarella the dog was there wagging his tail greeting us- such a good boy. Def stop here if you get the chance.
The best place for all your event needs. Gorgeous, long lasting flowers at reasonable prices. This is the only place I buy my flowers.
