Our family had an amazing experience at Dugan-Kramer. We lost a baby to a miscarriage recently. Spencer took great care of us in a time when we felt so lost. We had no idea what to do next, and he walked us through the process, answering every question with grace and kindness. They actually offered cremation for at no charge. When we had our meeting, we did not feel pressured into purchasing anything, but we did buy the most precious tiny urn. We felt like someone really cared for our baby, no matter how small she was. We cannot thank Dugan-Kramer enough, and Spencer especially. We highly recommend utilizing their services.
