Got something nice for my daughter in law.. to celebrate the birth of my granddaughter, Maize...
Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. Said I wanted to stay within a certain price range. I also needed receipt emailed. When I got my credit card bill price was about double what a gave limit for. I called and explained. They did credit my account and then charged correct amount. I’ve called 4-5 times trying to get a receipt emailed, faxed, mail., heck could have sent via pony express.
I order online nd asked for an specific color of flowers, but they send something completely different from what I asked. They charged me $50 and send an arrangement of maybe $30
We have used Flower and a Gift Gallery several times and have always gotten quality flower arrangements, sometimes at the last minute like today when we needed a Christmas arrangement sent to our dear friends in town. This is an outstanding place of business with friendly and helpful sales people that really care about helping you in making your choice of flowers.
