Got something nice for my daughter in law.. to celebrate the birth of my granddaughter, Maize...

Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. Said I wanted to stay within a certain price range. I also needed receipt emailed. When I got my credit card bill price was about double what a gave limit for. I called and explained. They did credit my account and then charged correct amount. I’ve called 4-5 times trying to get a receipt emailed, faxed, mail., heck could have sent via pony express.

I order online nd asked for an specific color of flowers, but they send something completely different from what I asked. They charged me $50 and send an arrangement of maybe $30

We have used Flower and a Gift Gallery several times and have always gotten quality flower arrangements, sometimes at the last minute like today when we needed a Christmas arrangement sent to our dear friends in town.
