I am impressed every single time I order flowers from here. They make the most beautiful arrangements that last. I also love their website it really is user friendly and makes ordering easy.
I'm in California and needed to send flowers to a dear friend whose father passed from Covid at 102. I was very upset when an angel, Diane, walked me through my order. She consoled me, asked questions, gave me recommendations on flowers in her current inventory and even added some lilies to represent his home country. This was not just one conversation. I cannot express the compassion and attention to detail Diane gave to me.
The online ordering system was seamless, and I totally appreciate the text with the final product and confirmation of delivery.
I even was able to order something for Mother's Day only a couple days in advance! Truly, the product and service they deliver is outstanding for the price.
