Excellent and caring service from Jessica and her team. This was the first funeral I've planned and she was kind, patient and took care of everything. Highly recommended.

They scratched a mini keepsake urn (from a set of 4) quite badly during transfer, it looked like they applied pressure and dragged it against something rough. Luckily I had done an Amazon replacement and hadn't mailed the originals back yet. My wife and I did the transfer into the initially rejected urn (It had a minor defect, a small paint smudge, much better than being scratched by a funeral home all along one side) in our basement. Because we spent that hour carefully doing that and re-inspecting the urns the sun went down and our other daughter didn't get to play in the back yard that afternoon. They should have noticed they scuffed the urn and told us in the funeral home.

I could never express how truly grateful I am for the compassion and kindness they showed me. They helped me during the worst time of my family’s life and showed such warmth and love.

It is with great disappointment that I write this review. I had hope that this Funeral Home would do their utmost best in the services we contracted for my sister. Their subcontractor cremated my sister's jewelry with her, then stated that it was our fault because we did not note the form that they sent us that we wished to keep her jewelry, license, and debit card. I had spoken with them several times on the telephone and they assured me my sister's personal effects would not be be given to anyone except for the person authorized to receive her ashes, which was me. That did not happen, we did not ask for the complete cost of services to be reimbursed to us. We asked for a moderate consideration of $200 to be refunded to my niece upon the loss of Family Jewelry that was cremated with my sister's body. While they were very polite when we spoke to them, the subcontracting and work that they did did not live up to the expectations we had for them. It is a shame because we had hoped to do business with them in the future. That will not happen. They said they supposed my sister's jewelry , license, and bank card were cremated along with her. My sister's name was misspelled on the Cremation certificate that was given to us along with her ashes. We would not have been able to use that information to inter her ashes or to fly with them on a plane or even ship them. The ashes that we received have large pieces and fragments of bone which was very disconcerting considering other ashes we have seen of other cremated remains were of a much finer consistency. And to add insult to injury, we didn't even receive a phone call follow-up from them about their decision not to reimburse the modest $200 amount for the loss of the Family Jewelry. They took the easy way out and informed us by email. Buyer beware, if they treat your loved one and your family with that same attitude then I think you will feel the same way as I do. So I will not recommend them, and that's too bad.
