They went above and beyond to deliver a fruit bouquet to my friends. She was in and out of the hospital and it was hard for me to pin point a delivery time. Missed the first delivery (my mistake) but tracked the recipient at the hospital for me while I was at work the next day and brought it straight to her. She hadn't been eating a lot and I thought to myself,what better than to eat some fresh fruit on an upset tummy. And her and her husband who was by her side said it was beautiful and delicious! Thank you so much, so grateful :)

Rotten strawberries with very little chocolate...unbelievably poor quality. Embarrassing considering I gave them as a gift to someone. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

The arrangements are always good but I was wondering if their delivery van had a turn signal?!? I know it has a gas pedal because the driver used it and about crashed into me as it was weaving thru lanes from Cinti to 471 - hope you got your delivery where it was supposed to be without causing an accident ud83dude21
