My 11yr old dog was having issues with his ear. I called and they got me in 30 min later. This doctor is so kind not only towards my pet but to me as well. He saved Rockys life yrs ago & I trust him completely. Very down to earth & nonjudgmental.
Brought my senior dog in on emergency for breathing problems and they provided very fast and great care to keep her alive and breathing well. The very friendly staff and Dr's give you options and make you feel comforted that your pet is in the best care possible. Definitely recommend Blue Pearl.
My cat began showing symptoms of a UTI, and the earliest I was able to get him into a vet was the following day. I called Waite Park Veterinary Hospital praying for a miracle that they could get my sweet kitty in the same day, and they got him in thirty minutes! I was just about in tears when I got to the office and the veterinarian was extremely compassionate and very kind to my cat! I'm so grateful for this place!!

Came here early in the morning to drop off a friend’s kitty for her to have her spayed. When I arrived for her 8:00 am the woman at the counter had absolutely all of our info incorrect, including the cat’s age, the owner’s name, whether or not she had been to this location and so on. Our kitty is 6 years old, and she had her down as a kitten. I am unsure how this could be confused as I had the cat in a crate right besides me. I ended up having to have my friend call the location to correct and confirm her information so that we could move on. If you are looking to get a reasonably priced spay or neuter, DO NOT come to this location. The price range for a kitten is 300-400 dollars, and for an adult cat it is upwards of 500. We rescheduled at a much friendlier and convenient location, with sensible and manageable prices.nOverall, I would describe the Wait Park location as ridiculous, overly priced and having poor customer service.
