if I could give 10/5 stars, I definitely would! Heard of a loss from one of my best friends grandma passing I decided to order local instead of through a big-wig floral website. my expectations were MORE THAN EXCEEDED. I have attached the photo on their website VS. what was received. SO SO SO BEAUTIFUL. You have made not only my day, but made my friends day a little better and easier! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. :)
Highly recommend! I am so pleased with St. Cloud Floral. The ordering process was quick and easy. I ordered on a Friday night and was able to select Saturday delivery. I was kept updated on the status of my order. The recipient was very, very pleased with the size and quality of the bouquet and the delivery service. No question about using them again if I need flowers again in the St. Cloud area.
Excellent job creating exactly what I ordered in quality and quantity. You can trust that you will get what you pay for. I was hesitant to tip before the order went out since I did not know what would be delivered, but they did a great job. Unfortunately with some other floral stores, I have not received the product I was paying for.
Looking online to order a gift for my Aunt in the St. Cloud area, I found your website. It was easy to navigate and the real photos of floral arrangements vs. some FTD stock photography made me choose St. Cloud Floral.nI ordered the gift for same day delivery and by the time I got to work my Aunt already sent me a message that it was delivered!!! WOW. And the best part....her arrangement looked just like, or better than, the photo online. I will definitely use your business again for my floral needs.
Thrilled with the flowers we sent. Beginning with the attention to detail, I made an grammatical error online while typing out on our enclosure card. The staff called to confirm/check before writing it the way I had erroneously typed it. Second, the recipient said, 4 days later the flowers keep opening and are beautiful and fragrant and the roses are “the size of my palm!” Thank you for the time and care you took in preparing our order! We couldn’t be more grateful!
