I brought my friend of 15 years in because she was not eating and began acting like animals do during their final days. Never did I feel pressured to get expensive diagnostics that were clearly not needed. Sadly we needed to put my old friend down because her body was failing her. Thankfully the staff was amazing - I was able to say goodbye and comfort her as she left her body.nnI was so impressed with the experience that I will be making this my default clinic for all of my pets.
Jolene's Professionalism needs to be fine tuned as she is the 1st point of contact via phone and leaves a lasting impression on the business. She was very rude and argumentative. She could benefit from some basic communication skills. It appears this place is busy during the day and no different at night. Understandable it was busy but never excusable to talk to customers the way she did to me. With that the 4 star ud83cudf1f would go soley to the Vet and the technicians here. Unlike the receptionist Jolene, they are very professional and knowledgeable. We know our dog is in great care at Prior Lake Pet Hospital. Would give a 5 star if the Professionalism flowed through to the front desk.
Everyone at this clinic has been very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Very reasonable rates. I have been driving an hour away to my previous vet because I had such a bad experience with a vet in the area. I will definitely change to your office. Everyone has been so good to my dog Clarabelle thru her illness. Thanks!
Wonderful experience at this emergency clinic! Had to bring my dog in on Easter 2021 because her eye was swollen shut and had yellow discharge. They got me in almost immediately and we were in and out in 30 minutes! Ended up being nothing serious luckily (they think it was an allergic reaction) but they did an amazing job and I couldn’t thank them enough! Also, for an emergency clinic being open on Easter evening, I expected to pay much more than $200 for the exam and 2 different meds! Wonderful service and affordable, that’s hard to find! I would drive 30 minutes to this clinic in a heartbeat if my baby ever needed help again! :)
Though COVID restrictions have made our first visit to a new clinic a little odd, it went great! The receptionist was helpful with all of our questions, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. Our pup was updated on shots, and treated for his allergies and a rash. I’m so glad to have finally found a vet we can count on!
