I just switched clinics to Rice Pet Clinic last month. They were absolutely amazing my first visit. They were all so welcoming and kind! They really loved on my nervous goldendoodle in the back during shots and made sure to give him some peanut butter (with my permission) as a treat. The team was very thorough and made sure to answer all my questions! The visit didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel pressure to buy everything like at my old clinic. The care was tweaked to what I wanted and what my doodle needed. I’m so happy I switched to Rice Pet Clinic.
Always an amazing experience - so caring and insightful! Thanks for taking great care of Indy! We initial chose them because they were so close to our home but we moved 20+ minutes away and still come back - totally worth the drive!
We feel so fortunate to have found Rice Pet Clinic as our primary vet! Dr. Madison and Dr. Jason are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Our dog Bruce, tested heart worm positive in October. Dr. Madison and Dr. Jason were with us every step of the way, communicating frequently and clearly throughout the 5 month treatment.nnThe staff at RPC is equally as fantastic! Every staff member we have interacted with has been friendly, supportive and on top of their communication. We are confident that Bruce will always be in the best hands at RPC!
I'm so glad I found this place! I moved to the area a year ago and had to find a new vet for my senior Mastiff and they have handled him wonderfully! He's had a few health scares and lots of painful arthritis and they've helped me through all of it with professionalism and kindness. My dog actually gets excited when he sees where we're going because he gets so many pets.
All the staff at the Rice Street Pet Clinic are amazing. Every time I have called either with a question or request they are happy to accommodate.nMy wife and I have been taking all our dogs over the years there and have always felt that my pet was special and I had no worries that she would be well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to any and everybody.
